Is Stress and Burnout Hurting Your Team’s Performance?

Is burnout draining productivity and morale?

Are workplace conflicts or communication breakdowns slowing your teams down?

Are you losing valuable employees to turnover, disengagement, or absenteeism?

You are not alone.

When stress takes over, organizations pay the price in performance, retention, and culture. But with the right tools, teams can recover, re-engage, and thrive.

THE DATA

Research shows:

  • 83% of U.S. workers report work-related stress, costing businesses over $300 billion annually in absenteeism, turnover, lost productivity, and healthcare costs.

  • 60% of employees say stress negatively impacts their performance.

  • Burned-out employees are 2.6x more likely to leave, driving up costly turnover.

  • Stress and burnout are directly tied to higher healthcare costs, lower engagement, and decreased profitability.

WHAT’S NOT WORKING

You’ve invested in leadership training, rolled out new systems, and offered perks and incentives.

But none of it sticks, because the emotional foundation of performance is being overlooked.

THE SOLUTION: WELLNESS EDUCATION & SUPPORT

What if employees had the tools to manage their own stress and build stronger collaboration and resilience at work?

What if teams shifted from burnout and conflict to focus, creativity, and performance?

That’s what my trainings are designed to do.

Through four simple, science-based pillars, I make wellness practical and accessible for the workplace.

The Four Pillars of Wellness Education & Support

Together, these four pillars equip employees and leaders with the skills and confidence to manage stress while creating workplaces where teams thrive and organizational performance grows.

1. How the Brain Works

Understand the difference between the survival brain vs. the thinking brain.

Learn why employees shut down, overreact, or disengage and how leaders can respond effectively.

Why Me?

As a Certified Health and Life Coach with advanced certifications in Nervous System Resilience and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I specialize in turning complex neuroscience into simple, practical tools that leaders and employees can use right away to improve performance and well-being.

But my passion for this work is also deeply personal.

After over 22 years of experience supporting a family business, I saw firsthand how stress, burnout, and disengagement can ripple through a team draining morale, productivity, and even customer satisfaction. Those lessons lit a fire in me: organizations thrive when their people are equipped with the right tools to manage stress and build resilience.

That’s why I’m committed to helping businesses reduce turnover, strengthen engagement, and create healthier, more productive workplaces. Because when companies invest in the well-being of their people, they see stronger teams, higher performance, and better outcomes for everyone.

Take the Next Step

My signature workshop is a 90-minute professional development session, but I will work with businesses to customize the length and format to meet your team’s needs.

Still have questions? I’d be happy to connect. We can schedule a phone call, Zoom, or I can come to your workplace to discuss how wellness education can support your employees.
