    One-on-One Coaching: My coaching is a mind-body approach that combines simple education, real life tools, and steady support to help you feel more like yourself again without pressure or perfection. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck in stress and overwhelm, and gently create new ones that support calm, confidence, and clarity. The tools I teach are practical and easy to use, so you can weave them into your everyday routines without adding more stress to your plate.

    School & Business Workshops: My workshops are designed to support schools, businesses, and organizations with the same mind–body approach. In these professional development workshops, I teach simple, science-based tools that help teachers, staff, and teams manage stress, regulate emotions, and strengthen resilience.

    The tools are practical and easy to apply in real-life situations, from classrooms to offices so participants walk away with strategies they can use immediately. When educators and employees feel supported in this way, classrooms become calmer and more focused, workplaces become more collaborative and productive, and both students and teams thrive.

  • One-on-One Coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom and typically last 60 minutes. We meet weekly or biweekly depending on your needs and goals. Every session blends conversation, insight, education, and personalized tools for mind-body integration.

  • School and business workshops are designed to be interactive, practical, and tailored to the needs of your team. My signature workshop is a 90-minute professional development session, but I also customize the length and format to fit your schedule.

    Workshops are offered primarily in person, creating space for real-time connection, interaction, and immediate application of the tools. (Virtual options can be arranged if needed.)

    Each session blends simple education, real-life examples, and science-based tools that participants can begin using right away. Whether it’s a school staff meeting, a business team training, or a larger professional development day, the focus is always the same: equipping people with strategies that reduce stress, build resilience, and create healthier classrooms and workplaces.

  • For one-on-one coaching, I typically start with a 12-week coaching package so we can lay a strong foundation and build lasting change. After that, many clients choose to continue with 6-week sessions based on their needs and goals.

    Pricing depends on your session frequency and the level of support you’re looking for. We’ll talk through all of this during our Strategy Call so you can choose what fits best for you.

    Payment plans are available, and I do my best to work with your schedule and budget.

  • Yes. I work with teens 16 and older to help them feel more steady, less overwhelmed, and more confident in who they are. Together, we focus on building emotional resilience and practical tools they can use in everyday life.

Using my Four Pillars of Wellness Education & Support, I provide simple, science-based tools that help teachers, students, employees, and leaders reduce stress, manage emotions, and improve overall performance.

  • Not at all. While many of my clients have experienced anxiety, stress, or trauma, a formal diagnosis is not necessary. Coaching is future-focused and supportive, and I always work within your comfort zone. If needed, I’ll help you identify when therapy might be a better fit.
