This is the heart of the work. In our weekly 60-minute sessions, we’ll take a gentle, supportive look at the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode, and begin to build your capacity for calm, clarity, and connection.

You’ll learn simple, science-based tools that help you feel more grounded, less reactive, and more confident navigating everyday life.

After your initial 12-week journey, you’ll have the option to continue with ongoing sessions. Whether you prefer to stay weekly, shift to biweekly, or move into monthly maintenance, we’ll co-create a rhythm that supports your continued healing and growth.

This phase is ideal for anyone who wants to keep momentum going, because the truth is, we all benefit from regular support.
